About Marco Santarelli

Marco Santarelli is a real estate investor, author, and founder of Norada Real Estate Investments – a national real estate investment firm offering turnkey investment properties in growth markets nationwide. He is also the host of the nationally televised Real Estate Millions Show.

Marco is also the creator of DealGrader™ – a scoring system that measures the investment quality of a real estate investment, giving you a snapshot of its profitability and investment risk.

Recently, Marco created the first 20-week online video training program for real estate investors appropriately called Building Real Estate Wealth.  It was created in an effort to help educate those who share his interest in, and passion for, real estate investing.

Purchasing his first real estate investment at the age of 18, Marco successfully handled the entire rehabilitation and property management without ever taking a course or reading a book on the subject.

Marco went on to get his real estate license and sell residential real estate for three years before leaving real estate sales to pursue other active business ventures. However, because of his love for real estate, and desire to help others succeed in building their wealth through real estate, he decided to dedicate his time exclusively on real estate investing. In 2003 he founded Norada Real Estate Investments in an effort to provide investors with turnkey, wealth-building, real estate investment opportunities.

Today, Marco Santarelli is a licensed California real estate broker and continues to run one of the country’s largest and most successful real estate investment firms focused on helping investors build wealth through the power of real estate.

Finally, Marco is the proud father of his only daughter, Angelina, and husband of his beautiful wife Anita.
